3. Use Dark Mode

OLED/AMOLED screens indicate Dark Mode (it’s good for battery and reduces glare, the less glare on Glass, the better for my clients.)

How to Make It Possible:

Android:
Settings > toggle for Dark Theme in Display

iPhone:
Settings > Display & Brightness > Dark

Here is your fourth section, fully formatted for clarity and readability, without changing a single word:

4. Reader View and Increase the Font Size

Importance

Small print makes your eyes do the work. Heyyyyyyyyy the strain is also removed with larger text and reader mode to close out the distractions.

How to Adapt

Browser:
Text size (Settings > Display) > Font Size

Reader Mode:
Most browsers, such as Chrome / Safari, have a reader mode for article purpose.

5. There Are Some Breaks After Screen Time

Its Importance

Even at night, screen time also causes stress in the eyes. Rule of 20: Every 20 minutes, take 20 seconds leave and look at you 20 feet in front of you.

Suggestion

Take a screen break or use a timer with the help of apps.

6. Use Glasses to Filter Blue-light

So Important

If you wear blue-light filtering glasses during the night a majority of the time, it’s always nice to have a pair in these glasses (as a backup) especially if you rotate through multiple units or the phone you are using does not have effective filters.

7. Don’t Have Brightly Lit, Complete Black.

Why It Matters

If you stare at a very bright screen in complete black, you your pupils will constrict much faster (and dilate slower) meaning you are creating more strain on your eyes more faster.

Resolution

Have a soft/ambient light on next to your bedside when using the phone.

8. Option to Experience Eye Care Topics Beauty and Apps

Note*

In the eye-friendly app, some aspects have either dark mode or i-care low-light function. Only use eye apps that have the option of changing color and accompanied backgrounds.

When reading at night, purchase Moon+ Reader, Twilight, and Kindle apps.

Conclusion

It’s utterly avoidable as an eye stress when using the phone at night. You can protect your eyes and engage the blue light filter, go into dark mode, limits either glow and long brakes, have better sleep with assistance.

Keep in mind, your eyes are working hard throughout the day, but particularly at night, they deserve your attention.
